Justin Snively was raised working with his hands, growing up on a ranch where fixing, building, and figuring things out wasn’t optional — it was a way of life. That foundation instilled a mindset that still defines our work today: do it right, understand how it functions, and build it to last.

He carried that mindset into more than 20 years of construction experience across the country, working on projects where precision, coordination, and structural integrity were critical. In those environments, there was no room for shortcuts — and no tolerance for work that wouldn’t hold up over time.

But over time, the work became more personal.

After starting a family — and experiencing firsthand how quickly a home can be impacted when things aren’t built or repaired the right way — the focus shifted. What was once a career became a conviction.

S&S Renovations was built from that conviction: that homes deserve thoughtful execution, structural integrity, and craftsmanship designed to last for generations. Not surface-level fixes, but intentional work done with a full understanding of how every detail contributes to the whole.

Now licensed in Tennessee as a BC-A Contractor, Justin brings national-level experience into residential spaces — combining large-scale precision with the care, communication, and accountability of a family-owned business.
